You can access your data and selected BRIX modules from any computer within the company that is connected to the Internet. No additional software installation is required. In addition, access to BRIX is possible from all other devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops) wherever you are (at home, at the hotel, on the road). All BRIX modules are continuously developed and harmonized with legal regulations, and the latest version is always active. No one needs to come to install it. Each company can open an unlimited number of departments which, depending on the type of business, can be warehouses, stores, plants, branches or some other form of organizational units. Also, each user can get permission from their administrator to work on one or more departments.
Easy Data Handling & Migration
Documents in PDF format
All reports and documents generated by BRIX are created in PDF format and each of them can be displayed on the screen, saved to disk, sent by e-mail or printed on a local printer. Invoices can be sent for e-signature. Migrations are trivial using CSV templates provided.
Flexible Data Sharing
All BRIX clients share a common database of legal entities, so that when you enroll a new partner, you already have all the information that someone else has entered. The same goes for various codebooks. In the BRIX system, several clients can share the same data on items, chart of accounts, service items and type of billing hours. This is especially useful for sister companies and bookkeeping services.
Multilingual out of the box
BRIX is currently available for work in English and Croatian, but can be very easily extended to other languages upon request. Each user can choose the language in which they will work regardless of the country in which the company is located.
So Very Fast
BRIX is designed as a web application with only one page (SPA) that runs entirely on the client's computer (after loading the required minimum). Only requests that return the requested data are transmitted to the server, so it works well on slower networks.
